APP Version - Bluetooth Settings

Please follow these steps to complete the Bluetooth connection setup: 1. According to your phone's operating system, go to the App Store (for iOS devices) or Google Play (for Android devices), search for and download the "BrightEMS" application. 2. After installation, make sure that your phone's location permissions are enabled. 3. Turn on your phone's Bluetooth and mobile network, and ensure that the battery power is on. 4. Open the app, select your region, then click on “Create Account”. 5. Click on “Account Registration”, enter a username (note: the username cannot contain spaces, only letters, numbers, and underscores are supported). If the username is already taken, please choose another one. Next, enter the verification code, set and confirm your password to complete the registration. 6. After successfully registering, you can add devices in the app. Please note that for the first connection, use Bluetooth. If you encounter any issues during the Bluetooth connection process, please provide the following information: 1. A clear photo of the complete information on the back of the device. 2. A screenshot clearly showing the issue encountered. 3. Restart both the battery and your phone, open the phone’s built-in Bluetooth settings list (do not use the APP), check if you can find the “POWER-XXXX” device, and send a screenshot.
