Maintenance personnel will conduct testing via the app, so the Bluetooth connection has been reset.
Procedure for resetting the Bluetooth connection:
1. Clear the app cache and log out of your account.
2. Power off the energy storage system and restart both the router and the energy storage device.
3. While the energy storage system is powered on, press and hold the USB, LIGHT, and DC buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds.
4. After hearing two beeps from the device, restart your phone's Bluetooth and the app.
5. Search for the device again and pair it. The user will then be set as the primary account holder.
